What we do

Corporate positioning

We tap into years of experience working across multiple sectors to understand real business challenges so that we can help clients identify the optimal positioning for strategic engagement opportunities.

Stakeholder messaging

Through proven principles and process, we work with clients to develop clear messaging frameworks flexible enough to support over-arching narratives, but also tailored through audience insight to precisely influence the way think, feel and act.

Thought leadership

Effective thought leadership delivers real business results. We use our proprietary ‘Seven Steps’ model to develop thought leadership campaigns around ‘Points of View’ that align with their corporate communications objectives and deliver to reputation goals.

Public affairs

Through our integrated approach, we use public affairs to engage key influencers and decision-makers across the political landscape to deliver the changes in attitude or action that our clients need to achieve their goals.

Crisis management

We have a vastly experienced team that provides effective counsel to safeguard the reputations of leading brands. We help clients prepare effectively to minimise reputational damage and provide the expert counsel to manage issues or crises when they break.

Comms planning

We combine a down-to-earth strategic planning approach led by seasoned corporate communicators with a brilliant in-house creative team of copywriters, film makers, animators & designers to craft campaign solutions designed to win audience hearts & minds.

Executive profiling

We have a successful track record working with leaders including CEOs, directors & experts to create plans, develop content, generate opportunity and provide the coaching that helps them ‘communicate to inspire’ their most important audiences.

Media relations

Our ‘newsroom’ model is the foundation upon which we build proactive media relations programmes that deliver quality opportunities and strong coverage for clients seeking to engage audiences on stories ranging from product launches to trend analysis.

Corporate responsibility

Our team have specialist expertise in telling corporate responsibility stories. From consulting frameworks that help define vision, purpose and values, through to creative approaches for campaigning, our support helps clients gain stronger recognition for their positive action.

Media training

Our media training team blends expertise in journalism, communications and marketing. They are experienced in helping spokespeople from all levels develop the thinking, messaging and techniques to become better storytellers and thought leaders.
