We partnered with Channel 4 to keep its employees informed and engaged during the largest structural shake-up in the broadcaster’s history.
Working with CEO Alex Mahon and the Channel 4 exec team, we developed a targeted employee communications plan to support the broadcaster’s 4 All the UK strategy; an ambition to look, feel and behave differently and establish the broadcaster’s presence outside the M25.
Informed by colleague insight and exec stakeholder workshops, we delivered a content and channel strategy to connect employees to Channel 4’s ambition to better represent a diversity of thought and opinions from across the UK, and across all of its content.
