We’ve won at the industry oscars; the PR Week Awards!

We’re exceptionally proud to announce that we won an industry oscar last night; a PR Week Award 2018 for our work with Nationwide on the Arthur Webb Challenge Cup – taking home the gong for Best Internal Communications and Employee Engagement campaign.

We also won a highly commended in the Not-For-Profit sector for the There But Not There campaign with military veterans charity, Remembered.

The judges commented on the Arthur Webb Challenge Cup campaign that “Turning a huge challenge – cost-cutting – into a shared responsibility that celebrated the brand’s heritage was an exceptionally clever idea.”

The brief to encourage Nationwide employees to collaborate to improve efficiency led to this innovative and effective campaign based on Arthur Webb – an inspiring figure who led the Society during two World Wars. The Arthur Webb Challenge Cup focused on team members bringing the greatest efficiencies by encouraging innovation, collaboration and empowerment.

This will be the fifth award that the Arthur Webb Challenge Cup has won in 2018, including an Institute of Internal Communications Award, a PRCA DARE award, a Corporate Engagement Award, and an IC Brilliance Award.

Elsewhere, The Good Relations Group (Newsfeed PR & Good Broadcast) also took home a highly commended for their double nominated work with military veterans charity, Remembered on the ‘There But Not There’ campaign in the Not-For-Profit category, which won a Campaign For Good Award this year.

A massive congratulations go to the Nationwide team, and of course all those nominated in the internal communications and employee engagement category, including Sky, Pfizer, and Futures Housing Group.

Good ‘ole Arthur!
