We brewed up a quite a storm last week when we helped The British Standards Institution (BSI) set the record straight on how to make the perfect cup of tea.

Our task for BSI is to raise awareness of how standards can help organisations make excellence a habit. This time we achieved it on a global scale.

We showcased BSI’s process standard for brewing the perfect cup of tea to help solve an age-old British debate. The secret – knowing how to spot a good story and tell it well.

One carefully crafted story seeded with the right journalist ignited a truly global debate in the press and on social media. BSI was featured on Good Morning Britain, the Today Programme, Channel 5 and even reached as far as ABC in Australia. Read about it on the Mail Online.
