Building profile and driving sales for London’s leading residential developer
We have been working with leading developer, Telford Homes, since 2016, to drive awareness and support sales for their full portfolio of London developments, amongst both a UK and international audience.
We run a comprehensive, year-round communications programme of traditional and social media support, to raise the profile of each development during every phase, whilst also increasing overall brand awareness of Telford Homes. The programme includes media engagement, event management, sponsorship and partnership promotion and development of creative social media content.
Our work has seen extensive coverage secured for Telford’s portfolio across national and consumer media, at key sales points throughout the year, helping to sell an above average number of apartments ahead of schedule and a significant increase in web traffic to development websites.
In addition to sales driving activity, we also support Telford Homes with their corporate narrative – including promoting new acquisitions and publicising their strategic move into the Build to Rent market. We also provide reactive and proactive crisis and issues support, which most recently saw us provide strategic counsel on the closure and subsequent reopening of construction sites during the COVID-19 pandemic.
