We worked with the APAC arm of Johnson & Johnson Vision to embed new behaviours that would build employee resilience after lockdown and inspire employees to adopt a growth mindset.
First, we worked with the divisional CEOs and exec team to establish the programme goals and identify the desired behaviours.
We then developed a creative campaign and assets around a creative campaign theme, See things differently; inspired by the idea that challenges can become opportunities if we take a different perspective.
The campaign employed ‘hidden imagery’ illustrations to show that there were two ways of seeing any situation if we looked at it ‘differently’.
