Well, now you can! For TrustFord, we’ve created TrustFord Now, allowing customers to drive away selected cars and vans the very same day.
The most talked about campaign TrustFord have ever created
When it came to the March ‘19’ plate change, we challenged the conventions of the motor trade to show people they could have their vehicles in hours rather than wait days or weeks.
We designed a striking ‘wrapped car’ cover, which we used to ‘dress’ cars at all TrustFord dealerships across the UK. The bold call-to-action printed onto the wrap (‘Take Me Home Now’) created huge buzz on forecourts.
To support this visual asset, we created a highly engaging social video which played with the cultural cues of fast fulfilment — from missed deliveries to unknown items in the bagging area. Our shareable content explained why we make it quick and easy to get the car you want when you want it, all backed by the highest standards of customer care. With over 800k views and the highest engagement levels to date, this quickly became the most talked-about campaign TrustFord have ever created.
Meanwhile, we developed social content, direct mailers, radio spots, point of sale and other collateral to extend the campaign’s reach and engagement.
The result? Driving year on year sales growth and bucking the trend of the motor industry – plus winning best marketing strategy at the motor industry’s prestigious AM awards.
