Property PR
Making the development stand out in a crowded local market.
We were approached by leading regeneration specialist U+I to support the second phase of the £150m 399, NW9 scheme located in the London Borough of Brent.
The development will create a major new community comprising 183 homes, landscaped public space alongside 50,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant space occupied by the highly acclaimed Bang Bang Oriental food hall.
Driving buyers to attend open days
With buyers expected to be predominantly local, our media strategy focused on highlighting the community benefits 399, NW9 would bring. This included competitive pricing, landscaped public space, excellent amenities, and spacious family homes.
For the official launch weekend, we secured extensive media coverage in key property titles including the Evening Standard, Metro and City AM alongside the Hendon & Finchley Times resulting in a large number of potential buyers attending the opening weekend.
Our ongoing media campaign has kept the development in the news with regular coverage leading to strong sales ahead of schedule in a competitive area.
