Fashion retailer New Look is transforming its business, with new, more sustainable fashion ranges and a stronger online presence. We were tasked with engaging employees with the exciting changes at New Look with a creative campaign that would encourage people to feel part of the change and strengthen their pride in the brand.
‘That New Look feeling’ is the way that the fashion brand’s customers feel when they try on that perfect outfit. It’s a feeling of confidence and joy.
We want employees to feel the same way about the changes the brand is making.
After workshopping with New Look leaders and employees from across the business in stores, distribution centres and in the support functions, we developed our ‘We are the feeling’ campaign which connected employees to the purpose and the change with a campaign built around real New Look people championing the change and a better New Look.
