Making Zoopla the go-to destination for home buyers
Securing leading share of voice in the sector
We’ve been working with market-leading property portal, Zoopla, since early 2021. As the brand’s retained PR agency, we are responsible for managing a busy and dynamic press office – ensuring the brand remains front of mind for an audience of both property industry professionals and homeowners.
Our approach is to create stories that influence both ‘head’ and ‘heart’ – demonstrating Zoopla’s expertise and thought leadership amongst an agent audience, whilst creating an emotional connection with consumers to drive engagement with the platform.
Our scope includes launching Zoopla’s data-led, monthly ‘House Price Index’ to media. In order to expand the reports’ readership and create a point of difference to competitors, we work with Zoopla’s research team to develop story angles that go above and beyond revealing the state of the market, to cover the impact of market trends on the consumer.
This approach has seen us increase coverage for these monthly reports by 270% since our appointment in March 2021. We have also worked to deliver an integrated campaigns to target ‘owner-movers’, designed to turn them into Zoopla vendors and help them realise what their home is really worth. Through an emotive storytelling approach, designed to capture human interest, we have successfully taken Zoopla out of the property pages into ‘front of book’ news slots. To date, this approach has delivered over 526 pieces of campaign coverage, including 9 interviews on mainstream broadcast channels and a front page of the Scottish Daily Mail.
