The Challenge

Telford Homes is one of London’s leading property developers, with an ever-growing portfolio of residential developments across the Capital. As their retained PR agency, our challenge is to support sales of its range of apartments, whilst promoting the consistent quality of a Telford Homes’ home. As the business prepares for an upcoming move into the Build to Rent market, we’re also tasked to build the brand’s corporate reputation as a trusted partner, to attract investors, partners and employees.

The Solution

We run a year-round programme of creative press office and social media support for each live development. Based on location, target audience and apartment offer, we activate bespoke plans - including everything from media engagement and event management to sponsorship and partnership promotion - to showcase the apartments to potential buyers.

At the same time, we run an annual programme to promote Telford’s corporate narrative in business and trade media, including announcing new acquisitions, profiling the businesses executive team and championing the brand’s sustainability credentials.
