We positioned TrustFord as the dealership group providing trusted answers to customers’ questions, turning their electric dreams into reality, as part of our TrustFord ‘For You’ platform.. We created ‘Electric Dreams’, a sales campaign which featured a TrustFord sales advisor acting as expert counsellor shifting from dream therapy to retail therapy.
It’s the latest in a series of customer-centric initiatives we have created, including ‘TrustFord NOW’ - a service allowing customers to buy and drive their vehicle away immediately, and ‘TrustFord Service NOW’ which introduced 24/7 maintenance, at home or in dealership, without the need for lengthy appointments or all-day waiting.
Our production work spans social media assets, point of sale materials, radio ads, VOD, CRM, digital advertising and toolkits so sites can undertake their own initiatives.
